Custom Order Policy

Design Submission and Approval:

  • Customers interested in custom mouse pads can submit their designs in high-resolution formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG) to [custom order email].
  • All custom designs must meet Tech Tread’s design guidelines, including size, resolution, and content restrictions (e.g., no copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate material).
  • Customers will receive a digital proof of the design for review and approval before production begins.

Turnaround Time:

  • Custom orders are processed and produced within 7-14 business days from the date of design approval.
  • Additional time may be required during peak seasons or for bulk orders.

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of order placement for all custom products.
  • Payment confirms the design and production process.

Refund and Exchange Policy for Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error caused by Tech Tread.
  • Customers must report defects or issues within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photos and a description of the problem.

Bulk Orders and Discounts:

  • Bulk discounts are available for orders of 10 or more custom mouse pads.
  • Bulk orders may require additional production time, depending on quantity and complexity.

Copyright and Intellectual Property:

  • By submitting a design, the customer affirms they own the copyright or have the necessary permissions to use the design.
  • Tech Tread is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs.
  • Tech Tread retains the right to refuse custom designs that violate copyright laws or include offensive content.

Design Storage and Reordering:

  • Approved custom designs will be stored in our system for 6 months to allow for easy reordering.
  • After 6 months, customers will need to resubmit their design file if they wish to reorder.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed, as materials and production processes may have already begun.

Additional Notes for Customers:

  • Colors may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.
  • Customers are encouraged to provide accurate and specific instructions for any unique requests.
