At Tech Tread, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During periods of high demand, product launches, or sales, processing times may be longer. If this occurs, we will keep you informed of any significant delays.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note that delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Orders
We ship to a range of international destinations. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities after the parcel has been shipped. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient before the package can be released for delivery.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs or import charges, any return shipping fees or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Tech Tread is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
